Hunters Beach Candle 8.5 oz

$55.00
sold out

The Hunter’s Beach candle was designed with a foggy Mount Desert Island day in mind—a day when the air is heavy with the smell of sea and salt, and sea smoke wafts from the gray ocean. Imagine row boats bobbing up and down in the waves, moss is wet beneath your feet, and dark green pine trees are draped in fog. Seagulls call out as smoke plumes from a nearby chimney, filling the air with woodsmoke and the smell of wet balsam trees.

On gray days we hope you will pour yourself a cup of tea, pick up a book, and light this candle to remind yourself of the precious, sea smoke-filled Mount Desert Island days we all love so much.

Notes: Woodsmoke, balsam, amber, salt

Wrapped in a black candle box with thick velvet ribbon and accompanied by a box of our bespoke matches.

Directions for Use:
- When using the candle for the first time, let it burn for 2 or 3 hours, until all the wax has become liquid on the surface.
- Regularly cut the wick with the wick trimmer (ideal length 3-5 mm).
- Be sure to center the wick in the wax after each use for consistent consumption of the wax.
